The short version

The tools on this site run entirely in your browser. When you use the image tools, the wp-config generator, or any other tool here, your files and your configuration are processed on your own device and are never sent to us or to anyone else. There is no account to create and nothing to pay for. You can verify the "nothing is uploaded" claim yourself by opening your browser's network tab while you use a tool — you will see no upload.

What we actually collect

There are only two cases where any data reaches us at all:

• If you contact us. The contact form collects the name, email address, and message you choose to send. We use it only to reply, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
• Aggregate, privacy-friendly analytics. We may use a cookieless analytics tool (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that counts page views without setting tracking cookies, without fingerprinting, and without building a profile of you. It cannot identify you and we cannot use it to.

Cookies

This site sets exactly one cookie, and only if you change the language: a preference cookie that remembers your chosen language so you are not re-prompted. It contains a language code and nothing else. There are no advertising, tracking, or third-party marketing cookies on this site.

The themes

Our WordPress themes are hosted on the official WordPress.org directory and downloaded from there or from this site. Downloading a theme does not require or collect any personal information. The themes themselves make no external calls and include no tracking.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.
• We do not run advertising or ad-tracking on this site.
• We take no hosting-affiliate or referral tracking.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights

If you have sent us a message and would like it deleted, email [email protected] and we will remove it. Because we hold so little, there is rarely anything else to request — but if you are in a jurisdiction with data-access or erasure rights, we will honour them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it. Odie Themes has published on WordPress.org since 2019, and the intent here is to keep collecting as close to nothing as a working website allows.
